We receive renewal costs from the market each year and are able to make a decision based not only on cost, but level of service we have received from the current provider and how that may compare with an alternative provider.
Carrier Rental Systems changed providers this year and although the financial savings were significant, I was concerned about continuous cover; The SMQ Group assured this would not be an issue and this proved to be the case with previous claimants using the scheme without any problems.
Administration of the scheme is simple and straightforward and any queries are deal with quickly and efficiently. I have a local point of contact in David Joseph should I need a face to face consultation, however this is rare as the scheme runs very smoothly.
